Navigating to the Sites Section

To access the Sites section:

1. Log into your Level Play Digital account.

2. On the left-hand menu, click on Sites.

From here, you can explore the following tabs:

• Funnels – Create step-by-step sales processes.

• Websites – Build a branded website with multiple pages.

• Blogs – Share content and boost SEO.

• Forms – Capture information from your site visitors.

• Surveys – Ask questions and gather detailed responses.

• Chat Widget – Add real-time engagement tools to your site.

• Media – Manage your uploaded images, documents, and videos.

• URL Redirects – Redirect traffic from one URL to another.

• Memberships – Manage content access for members or courses (if included in your subscription).

Funnels Tab

Funnels allow you to create step-by-step sales pages to guide visitors toward a specific action. Each step of your funnel is customizable using the drag-and-drop editor. This is ideal for running ads, collecting leads, or selling products/services.

Websites Tab

In the Websites tab, you can:

• Create multi-page websites for your business.

• Use themes or start from scratch.

• Customize pages with branding, colors, and dynamic content from your IDX Broker integration (handled automatically in most cases).

• Add lead forms and connect them directly to your IDX Automator Pro CRM.

Your site may come pre-built depending on your onboarding package with Level Play Digital, requiring only minimal edits like swapping out the logo or bio.

Blogs Tab

The Blogs feature allows you to post articles and manage content in categories. Blogging helps with SEO and gives your site visitors a reason to come back. Note: this feature is only available in select IDX Automator Pro plans.

Forms & Surveys

Use the Forms and Surveys tabs to:

• Collect leads from landing pages or websites.

• Customize each form or survey using the builder.

• Set up automation to assign tags or trigger workflows once a form is submitted.

• Insert forms directly into any funnel, page, or website.

Chat Widget

Add a Chat Widget to your site to instantly engage leads and collect contact information. You can customize the chat icon, greeting message, and behavior settings. All chat responses are saved in your Level Play Digital CRM under conversations.

Media Tab

Manage your images, PDFs, videos, and other assets here. You can:

• Upload files to use across funnels and websites.

• Organize them by folders.

• Preview and delete media files as needed.

URL Redirects

The URL Redirects section allows you to create 301 or 302 redirects:

• Send traffic from outdated URLs to new pages.

• Maintain SEO rankings and avoid broken links.

• Easily manage URL paths from a single dashboard.

Memberships (Optional)

If your IDX Automator Pro plan includes Memberships, you can:

• Create protected content areas or online courses.

• Assign access based on tag, form submission, or manual assignment.

• Host exclusive content for buyers, sellers, or agents depending on your business model.
