Welcome to your new semi-custom real estate website powered by IDX Automator Pro, brought to you by Level Play Digital! This guide will walk you through the key features and actions within the Sites section, so you can get your website fully personalized and start capturing leads right away.

What’s Already Set Up For You

Your website already includes:

  •  Professionally branded layout using your brokerage’s colors and style

  •  IDX integration with listings that match your territory

  •  Real estate-specific images and call-to-actions

  •  Prewritten content for common pages (About, Contact, Home, Listings)

  •  Lead capture forms

  •  Default automations (if applicable to your package)

All you need to do is complete your business profile and a Quick Start Form to complete the personalization of your website.

Accessing the “Sites” Area

To begin customizing your site:

  1. Log into your Level Play Digital Dashboard

  2. In the left navigation panel, click Sites

Here you’ll see all your assets: your Website, any Funnels, and Forms.

Website

Your pre-built IDX Automator Pro site is located under the Website tab.

Editing Website Content

  1. Click on the Website tab inside Sites

  2. Select your website (you’ll see the name of your real estate brand or your name)

    • Update your Business Profile (bio, contact info, logo)

    • Insert your headshot

    • Add your broker license number (if needed)

    • Change section titles if desired

    • Swap out or upload custom images

Note: All content is mobile-responsive and optimized for lead conversion. Keep changes minimal to maintain the site's clean design.

To drive traffic and boost trust, connect your social profiles:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Business Info

  2. Add your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube profile links

  3. These will auto-populate your website footer and contact areas

Contact Forms

Your website includes a lead capture form that automatically:

  • Triggers a Thank You email (prewritten for you)

  • Notifies you immediately of a new lead

You can view or customize the form here:

  • Go to Sites → Forms

  • Click the form titled “Contact Agent” or similar

Feel free to edit fields or messages, but we’ve optimized them for conversion.

Funnels (Not Available in All Plans)

If you’ve purchased the IDX Automator Pro Premium Add-On, you’ll also see pre-built Funnels in this section. These are optional mini-sites or landing pages designed for:

  • Open Houses

  • Free Home Valuations

  • Buyer or Seller Lead Magnets

You can publish these funnels as-is or duplicate them to run paid ads or campaigns.

  • Post articles about local market trends, tips, or listings

  • Schedule content in advance

  • Use AI content generators (based on your plan) to write engaging posts

Blogging helps you improve SEO and attract organic traffic to your listings.

Preview & Publish Your Site

Once you’ve updated your profile and customized your details, it’s time to preview and publish your site so it goes live to the public.

Preview Your Site

Before publishing, preview your website to make sure everything looks right:

  1. Go to Sites → Website

  2. Click the name of your site to enter the editor

  3. Click Preview (top-right corner)

This will open your site in a new browser tab, allowing you to check:

  • Layout and styling

  • Agent contact info

  • Working navigation links

  • Mobile and desktop responsiveness

✅ Tip: View your site on both desktop and mobile to ensure it looks great on all devices.

  3. Confirm the publish prompt

That’s it! Your semi-custom site is now live using your assigned subdomain (e.g. yourname.levelplaydigital.com) or your custom domain if already connected.

If your custom domain hasn’t been connected yet, contact support or follow the instructions under Domain Setup in your onboarding guide.

? Important: After publishing, changes you make won’t reflect on the live site until you click Publish again.

Making Updates After Publishing

Any time you update your:

  • Business profile

  • Contact information

  • Photos or headshot

  • Listings settings

You’ll need to re-publish your website for the changes to appear publicly.

Pro Tip: Use the Preview button to review your edits before you re-publish.

Tips to Maximize Your Site

  • Secure Your Domain: Make sure your custom domain is connected (we’ll guide you if it’s not)

  • Check Navigation Links: Verify all menu links are working and lead to live pages

  • Add Metadata: In each page’s settings, add your name, city, and specialties to improve SEO
